The cold nights with a bit of a warm up during the day has been making the sap flow.
We are boiling Saturday and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm - boiling room and sales room strictly limited to 2 people at a time due to Covid-19. This year has produced a small amount of delicate so far with the majority being Robust.
